In reality, Sarafu are taking phones to villages in person in Kenya for demos. This is really slow, and I've been trying to get them to narrate and draw up a process flow that I could model in Canva, because then they could onboard folk much faster.

It should be possible to provide onboarding and support via WhatsApp groups, which are okay tech even for rural Africans, but User Experience is not something Sarafu are well versed in.

If you'd like to help, more hands on deck are always welcome. I have limited abilities plus time constraints, not the best combo.
